The Harford County Office of Drug Control Policy, in conjunction with the Harford County Sheriff's Department, Maryland State Police, Havre de Grace Police Department and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, hosts periodic Prescription Drug Take Back events for the safe collection of unused or expired medications so they may be disposed of safely and without harm to the environment. No questions are asked when medications are turned in.
