Our mission is to produce cheese that is healthy, tasty, and unique. Thus, each wheel of cheese is made from our own 100% grass-fed, organic (USDA), raw jersey cow's milk. These characteristics produce a deliciously unique cheese - it's rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor!
Our cheese is available at the Bel Air Saturday, Kenilworth, and Green Spring Station Farmers' Markets. It's also on the menu at Atwater's, Clementinez, Fair Hill Inn, Level Small Plates Lounge, and the Woodberry Kitchen.
